These terms apply to the text message program operated by Trinity Roofing LLC. By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive text messages about your appointment, you agree to these terms.
About our text message program
Trinity Roofing sends appointment confirmation text messages to homeowners who have requested a free home inspection. When you request an inspection, a Trinity Roofing field representative collects your mobile phone number in person, with your verbal consent to receive text messages about that appointment.
What our messages contain
Once your inspection is scheduled, we send a text message confirming the date, time, and address of the appointment. You reply Y to confirm the appointment or N to cancel it. We then send one brief message acknowledging your reply.
Message frequency
You can expect approximately 2 messages per scheduled appointment. These messages are transactional only. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan and carrier.
How to stop receiving messages
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one message confirming that you have opted out, and you will not receive any further text messages from us after that. Opting out of text messages does not affect your appointment, and we can still reach you by phone.
